Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products not eligible for return include perishable items, personal care products, undergarments, clearance items, and customized products unless defective.

Return Process

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • If your return is rejected due to signs of wear, damage, or missing parts, we may not issue a refund or offer partial refunds at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and personal care items.
  • Products labeled as “Final Sale.”
  • Downloadable digital products or gift cards.

Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of returns due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
